Sabrina! One two, buckle my shoe!
We used to have toys and games we made up out of nowhere, we had bikes, toys made of cardboard or tin, we used to go out and play hide and seek, hopscrotch especially.. They are all fading out, being replaced by virtual and electronical new-age toys and games.
I recycled many long-forgotten toys for my new exhibition, GAME-n-PLAY, converting them into jewelry that can be worn. As long as the metal lives, they will be remembered. We will witness the sculptures deconstracting into jewelry and jewelry merging to form sculptures.
Mr. and Mrs. Silverman
Mr. and Miss Silverman are designed with reference to Man Ray’s Mr. and Mrs. Woodman. These puppet brooches are designed with joints that can be rotated in any direction. Anyone wearing this brooch can animate any scene that a man and a woman can create

BICYCLE and MR. and MRS. SILVERMAN brooches by Sabrina Fresko designed specially for GAME-n-PLAY exhibition to be held in December, won a nomination at the “Pocketsize - Admiration to Miniature” contest by Postpicasso .
